Travel agency and metasearch engine owned by Airbnb and accessible via website and mobile app. Their online service are growing dynamically. We are looking for French and English speaking employees for our team in Lisbon to support our customers (social media chat, emails and sometimes calls)
Project starts 15.11.2023 !
Your tasks:
- Help the clients: booking, doubts, upgrades and resheduling and last minute requests
- If needed, call to the hotels explaining the client demands
- Assist customers and hotel partners via phone regarding customer bookings and customer demands
Our Expectations:
- EU citizenship or a residence permit in Portugal
- You speak native French (C2)
- You speak English (C1/C2)
- You are living in Lisbon or ready to move there
- You like interacting with people
We offer:
- Full time employment and work in home office: Monday to Sunday 7.00 a.m. to 23.00 p.m (40h per week)
- Permanent contract with 3 months of trial period
- Online hiring process
- Competetive salary and bonus system: 890€ gross x 14 months up to 100€ performance bonus/month + Complexity bonus 30€/month
- meal allowance 23€ NET per day

- flight ticket reimbursement after 6 months
