Location: Lisbon

Our client is one of the most popular airlines with a network of connections all over Europe. It offers its services in the field of air connections as well as additional services such as hotel or car booking.

Due to the easing of restrictions, the interest in our services is growing very much, so we are looking for new German-speaking members of our team in Lisbon!
It can be just you! – by joining our team you will be responsible for servicing customers interested in purchasing airline tickets or additional services via social media chat and email.

What do we expect?

  • You are native German
  • You speak well English – at least B2 level
  • You are ready for relocation to Lisbon or you already live there
  • You are customer oriented and enjoy contact with people

What do we offer?

  • Possible start date: 30.06
  • Fixed-term Portuguese contract with the possibility of extension
  • Fully remote recruitment process
  • Work shifts: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 5:30pm
  • Work form home in Lisbon area (during the pandemic time), after the situation is back to normal you are welcome in our modern office in the center of Lisbon!
  • Competitive salary and remuneration system:
    • 1000€ gross salary per month paid 14 times per year (or 1158€ paid 12x) -optional
    • up to 100€ performance bonus
    • extra bonus 125€
    • meal allowance approx. 150€ net p/m
  • Relocation package: flight Ticket Reimbursement & possibility of renting a company apartment

What are your responsibilities?

  • Supporting the airline’s customers by social media chat and e-mail
  • Being the point of connection between the airline and the suppliers: Informations, Support, Complaints
  • Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists
  • Keeping records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken

We require the EU citizenship or the residence permit in Portugal
