A curiosity-driven researcher at the intersection of disparate fields. I am interested in how the natural world works, how people have interacted with it in the past, how they do so presently and how we can use it sustainably in the future.

My background in both the Natural Sciences (Biology) and the Humanities (Archaeology), as well as the experience of living in different countries, allows me to easily navigate different intellectual and cultural worlds. My skills range from state-of-the-art genomics to studying prehistoric communities, and include innovative technological applications to agriculture, funding procurement, project management, and promoting public engagement with museums or research centres.

Currently, I am looking at scientific approaches to both agriculture and archaeology in order to deliver novel knowledge and food security.
